Mark has been a prominent figure in North-West new-build housing construction and residential renovation for more than 20 years. He has earned his reputation through a commitment to quality and timely delivery, maintaining consistently high standards that have resulted in successful projects and strong partnerships with industry-leading developers such as Taylor Wimpey, Kier, Barratt's, Redrow, Bellway, Charles Church, and Keepmoat.

Davinder started his professional career at Mansell Construction PLC in 2001. There, he qualified under the graduate scheme as a quantity surveyor. Within this time, he worked on myriad projects covering all aspects of construction, including social housing, heritage, luxury fit-out and commercial properties, working for clients such as Deutsche Bank as well as for multi-family offices, real estate funds and the UK Government.

Andy is regarded as one of the UK's most respected Senior Site Managers, having dedicated the past 18 years to leading the North West division for the national house builder Taylor Wimpey. Known for his exceptional reputation in delivering high-quality construction, Andy has consistently achieved Taylor Wimpey’s notoriously challenging development targets, managing revenue budgets in the billions while overseeing the construction of up to 500 new homes at any given time. After working closely with Mark Goodman for many years and knowing him personally, transitioning to Brik Space Developments was a natural choice for Andy.

Luke possesses a remarkable talent for technology and problem-solving. Since co-founding a thriving digital marketing agency with Samuel, he has played a crucial role in integrating various software and digital marketing strategies, ensuring that his clients' advertising campaigns consistently grow and achieve their goals. Additionally, Luke is passionate about real estate, having begun his property portfolio at the young age of 22. After collaborating with a property investor whose portfolio is valued at £20 million, Luke's current investments include serviced accommodations, Buy-to-Let properties, and a range of property management agreements.

Harry possesses a sharp eye for quality and demonstrates the utmost professionalism, which has contributed to both the growth of his client base and the increase in company profits. This success has enabled him to ascend to the position of manager at the Chelsea branch of Martin & Co. In this role, he interacts with clients daily, assisting them in discovering their ideal homes or connecting them with potential buyers. "For a people person like me, I can't imagine anything better." Currently, Harry oversees the sales and rentals of properties, ranging from studio apartments to multi-million-pound homes, throughout South West London. He notes, "Seeing someone's face light up when they discover that perfect apartment or house is truly priceless; it’s incredibly fulfilling to help someone find their next home." An avid golfer, Harry achieved victory at the 2012 Surrey Golf Open before turning professional at the young age of 18.

With nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry, Ste has established a solid foundation in residential development through his tenure at Taylor Wimpey. Joining the company in 2012 as an Assistant Site Manager, he honed his skills under the mentorship of Phil Reeves for eight years. During this time, Ste successfully managed several housing estates from inception to completion, including notable projects such as Eden Grange in Cuddington, Spring Croft in Winsford, and Apple Green in Kensal. In addition to his work with Taylor Wimpey, Ste has also collaborated with Gleeson Homes in Whitworth, where he was instrumental in developing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of various construction programs. His expertise encompasses the construction of private homes, affordable housing, and apartment blocks. Throughout his career, Ste has adhered to the guidelines and standards set forth by local authorities, NHBC, and clerks of works, ensuring meticulous examination and inspection at critical stages of the building process. His dedication to quality and compliance has positioned him as a reliable leader in the residential construction sector.

Freya has spent the last six years working in administration across a variety of financial investment companies, gaining extensive experience and industry insight. Her deep understanding of operational processes and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to Brikspace Development. Freya brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and plays a vital role in the smooth day-to-day running of the business, forming a key part of the backbone that supports the company’s continued growth.
